Monica Gokhale is a registered physiotherapist since 2001. Ms. Gokhale holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree in physiotherapy from McMaster University and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in physiology from the University of Western Ontario. She has an ongoing interest in manual therapy and is currently working towards a degree in manipulative therapy. She has training in acupuncture and is working towards her certification (C.A.F.C.I.)

Since 2001, Monica has been working as a physiotherapist in the Long-Term Care field, in an outpatient OHIP clinic and at a private physiotherapy clinic. She also has experience working as a clinical coordinator in a busy, OHIP/private physiotherapy clinic. Her goals are to provide client-centered care with personalized treatment programs that ensure each client is pleased with their experience at the clinic. Kiran delivers physiotherapy services to our clients as a Registered Physiotherapist. He holds bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from India. He graduated from Government Physiotherapy College, Gujarat University in 2014. He has experience working with people of all age groups with different Musculoskeletal, Cardio-pulmonary and Neurological conditions throughout his career. He also completed Diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness from Mohawk college in 2018. He also works in long term care homes providing geriatric care. Throughout his career he has developed proficiency in hands on therapy and physical exercises. He believes in individualized treatment plans to achieve his clients goals. He uses combination of manual therapy, postural education and exercise prescription to help patients to live a pain-free life.

Vijendra (VJ) graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2021. He also obtained a Health Wellness and Fitness Diploma from Mohawk College in 2014 and completed his bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2010. VJ has completed multiple certificate courses in manual mobilization for all joints in the body along with neuromuscular facilitation for special populations, so that he can provide his patients with the best possible care. He enjoys treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and has a keen interest in sports related injuries and would like to be a sports massage therapist in the future. VJ has experience working with various age groups. He worked as a physiotherapy assistant for over 3 years and has also worked as a group fitness instructor and wellness coach at the YMCA Hamilton. Outside of work, VJ likes playing cricket with his friends. He also enjoys going on motorbike trips and used to go on long trips in India.
